About This Project

The Fit Kids Foodie Expo is the nation’s largest kid-focused food expo connecting kids and families with leading healthy food brands, kitchen products, and health-minded companies in a fun, high-energy, kid-centric event.  Kids and families participate in hands-on cooking and fitness activities such as biking their own smoothie, bowl painting, making colorful pasta, and much more.  Flavor Uma and its Healthy Little Cooks program have hosted six Fit Kids Foodie Expo events.
